Big S Pass - Frequently Asked Questions

1. HOW DO I BUY MY PASS?

It's never been easier to order your BIG S Season Pass. You may order online now. Please note: the Big S Unlimited Gold Pass will only be available for purchase or upgrade through October 31st, 2008. Buy now, before it's too late!

2. I RENEWED MY PASS FROM LAST YEAR. DO I USE THE SAME ONE THIS SEASON?

No. Each year you will be issued a new season pass if you chose to renew. Feel free to keep former season passes for posterity, but make sure to bring your current one when you want to hit the slopes! See below for picture guidelines.

3. HOW DO I GET MY PICTURE TAKEN? CAN I KEEP MINE FROM LAST YEAR?

For returning passholders, we are automatically using previous season pass photos for this year's BIG S Passes. If you would like a new picture, or your appearance has greatly changed, please follow the directions below. Parents - your kids are growing - please help us keep their pictures current by getting new pictures taken as soon as possible after ordering their pass. For the first time BIG S Pass holders, please be aware we will need a pass photo before your pass can be delivered. Photos can be emailed to estore@summiti90.com or can be taken at any open Guest Services location beginning this fall.

Prefer to mail us your favorite pic?

You may mail a 2"x3" (or larger) color photo to the following address:

Summit at Snoqualmie

c/o Season Pass Department

P.O. Box 1068

Snoqualmie Pass, WA 98068

Please write your full name and birthday on the back of the photo.

4. WHEN WILL I GET MY PASS?

Assuming that we have your picture, payment and a signed liability release form, your pass will be mailed to you in September. Please make sure that your contact information is correct at the time of purchase.

5. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Washington State sales tax of 8.6% will be applied to all sales.

6. WHAT'S SO GREAT ABOUT BEING A PASSHOLDER ANYWAY?

For one thing...you get to go straight to the lifts on powder days! Who wants to wait in a ticket line when Mother Nature delivers fresh stuff?

Also, make sure you check out the Big S Club for all kinds of special deals and discounts with area businesses exclusively for BIG S passholders. We've always thought you were special...now others do too!

7. WHAT BENEFITS DOES MY UNLIMITED PASS HAVE?

In addition to the benefits to all passholders (see #6), Unlimited passholders get discounted lift tickets for our tubing center (only $5!), and unlimited use of The Summit Nordic and Snowshoe Center Trail System.

8. WHAT BENEFITS DOES MY L-T-D PASS HAVE?

In addition to the benefits to all passholders (see #6) L-T-D passholders get a $10 Weekend Alpental lift ticket discount! Although the BIG S L-T-D does not include Alpental skiing and riding access on weekends, you will get $10 off weekend Alpental tickets. Just present your pass at any Alpental ticketing location to receive your discount. No blackout dates! Limit ONE per day - Ticket for passholder ONLY! But we aren't stopping there. L-T-D passholders also enjoy discounted lift tickets for our tubing center (only $5!), and unlimited use of The Summit Nordic and Snowshoe Center Trail System.

9. WHAT BENEFITS DOES MY NIGHT PASS HAVE?

In addition to the benefits to all passholders (see #6) NIGHT passholders get discounted ($5) tickets for our tubing center for the 6pm-9pm session on Fridays and Saturdays.

10. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

NO. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If, however, you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take your request into consideration. Please keep in mind that a $25 processing fee may apply. We encourage guests with circumstances that prevent them from using their pass to consider rolling it over to the next season. In order to process your rollover/refund request, we will need to receive the following: a letter requesting your rollover/refund (emails will not be accepted), a note from your physician, and your BIG S Pass (if it has been printed). Please mail all three in one envelope to:

Summit at Snoqualmie
