Light-bodied brew with a fresh clean and crisp finish for ultimate refreshment. Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed with a malt and hops ratio different from Budweiser for a distinctively crisp taste with fewer calories.

Anheuser-Busch - 4.2% ABV

Original. OG. King of Hard Teas (you said it, not us). This is the one that got us started. Made from real brewed tea and natural lemon flavor, Twisted Tea Original is refreshing, smooth, and of course, a little twisted.

Boston Beer Company - 5% ABV

An award-winning German-style light lager. Fresh, unfiltered mountain water from Snoqualmie Pass, Bohemian Pilsner malts, and Czech Saaz hops create a super-smooth lager with a complex maltiness and soft bitterness. It’s refreshing, light and crushable.

Dru Bru - 4.8% ABV

Brewed with wildflower honey, this Kolsch-style ale has layers of subtle floral notes accented by the honey's natural sweetness that create a refreshing balance with the hops and malts.

Rogue Ales - 5.0% ABV

Classic hops such as CTZ, Chinook, Cascade, Mt. Hood and Citra bring out a subtle bitterness while additions of English style malts give this Pale Ale a hint of roasted caramel and biscuits.

Mule and Elk - 5.2% ABV

Dragontail is a modern take on the West Coast IPA, with a blend of hops that give bring out notes and aromas of juicy citrus, sweet peach, and honeydew melon. The malts provide a smooth mouthfeel while letting the character of the hops shine through. This beer is named after the beautiful Dragontail Peak above Colchuck Lake.

Icicle Brewing - 6.7% ABV

This IPA gets its light silky texture from rolled oats. The flavor and aroma both express mandarin and citrus all around. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Gold medal winner in the American Style IPA category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016!

Georgetown - 6.9% ABV

A hazy ale with a rich and silky texture that presents tropical notes of guava, lime, and pineapple. Calypso, Sultana, and an experimental YQH-1320 hop along with layers of oats, wheat, and malted barley to create this juicy experience.

Dru Bru - 6.3% ABV

Our signature hazy is a bright, tropical and juicy IPA with Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe hops, giving it notes of mango, pineapple, tangerine and apricot that excite the nose and palate. The malt profile provides a body that ends each sip with a light and pillowy mouthfeel.

Icicle Brewing - 6.3% ABV

With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Pronounced grapefruit and pine flavors with a faint verdant note. American-style Pale Ale gold medal winner at 2019 GABF.

Georgetown - 5.6% ABV

A German-style Vienna lager. German-grown Vienna malt pull in a toasty sweetness, while delicate noble hops add a gentle spice overtone that finishes perfectly. It’s refined, delicious and refreshing. Prost!

Dru Bru - 4.9% ABV

Who says Bale Breaker only does hoppy? Conditioned on locally-roasted coffee beans by Yakima’s Lincoln Avenue Coffee Co, this rich, dark brew reminds us that good things still happen while hop fields lay dormant in the off-season.

Bale Breaker - 6.8% ABV

Pink Drink is a lightly tart and refreshing kettle sour brewed with fresh raspberry puree. What makes this beer a “kettle” sour? The addition of lactobacillus (the same beneficial bacteria found in unsweetened yogurt and sauerkraut) in the kettle gives this style its signature tartness. Pours a lovely pink color, making it pleasing to the eye and to the palate.

Crucible - 4.5% ABV

Juice from hand-picked Washington State peaches and apples is married with rich bourbon barrels to give this cider a deep vanilla and plum character.

Tieton Cider - 6.9% ABV

Your choice of draft beer with a shot of Bulleit Bourbon. The Summit’s unofficial drink.

Luna Azul Tequila, simple syrup, muddled lime, Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda and garnished with an edible flower and grapefruit wedge.

Union Mezcal, peach puree, glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar, with a cocktail smoked top.

Hofburg Gluhwein warmed to perfection, garnished with an orange slice with cloves.

Kettle One Vodka, Mr. Blacks Espresso Liqueur, Bailey’s, and Bailey’s Chocolate. Shaken and served with a chocolate-swirled glass and garnished with shaved chocolate.

Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Harvey’s Hot Buttered Rum Batter, hot water, garnished with whipped cream and freshly shaved cinnamon.

Rainer Gin, lemon Juice, honey, and raspberries shaken to perfection. Topped with soda water and garnished with a raspberry.

Seedlip Non-Alcoholic Spirit, lemon juice, honey, and raspberries shaken to perfection. Topped with soda water and garnished with a raspberry.
