ANSWERS TO GROUP AND CORPORATE QUESTIONS
  • We are excited to about your interest in planning a group activity and are here to help! If you would like to discuss anything or have questions, email us at groups@summiti90.com or phone us at the Group Activities office at (425) 434-6779. 


    Here's the process:  


    1. Now: Choose a date  Choose a date that works best for your group.  


    2. As soon as possible: Reserve that date  Reserve your date with a Group Sales Coordinator by: Filling out a Group Planning Form  


    3. At least 5 days** before your activity: Fill out and submit the Group Order Form  At least 5 days in advance, confirm your date, group numbers and activity needs (such as lift tickets, rentals, lessons*, and food and beverage vouchers).  *Please note we have limited spaces available for lessons and reservations fill up quickly for all sessions.  Please have lesson requests to us a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your visit so we can check for availability with the SnowSports team.  This is especially critical when requesting weekend lessons or large quantities of lessons. We cannot guarantee lessons upon initial inquiry or order, but we will do our best to accommodate your group. We will confirm lesson availability prior to your arrival. Beginner Lesson Packages are non-refundable once confirmed. If you would like tickets mailed, we need order forms at least 7 days in advance.  

    4. At least 5 days** before your activity: Include a credit card number  We accept one form of payment per group in cash, check, or credit card. We need a credit card number on file, included with the order form, to hold the reservation.  

    5. At least 3 days before your activity: Inform your Group Sales Coordinator of any changes!  Make sure you inform your Group Sales Coordinator of any changes to your Group Order. This will give us time to accommodate final changes.  Lesson products are non-refundable, and changes cannot be made to lesson quantities.  *Groups are defined as 15 or more participants with one form of payment (cash, check, or credit card).  

    **If your group is over 30 participants, please submit your Group Order Form at least 7 days prior to the event. This allows time to receive your tickets and ensures a smoother arrival. And, more time on the hill!  


    Return Policy - Vouchers must be returned the day of event. Dated tickets must be returned or postmarked within 7 days after the event for refund.

    • Summit Central is where we suggest most of our groups to visit. They are open 7-days a week, and offer terrain for all ability levels, as well as lessons and a variety of dining options. Summit Central is also a short walk away from the tubing center, in case any of your group members decide to go play at our tubing hill!
    • If your group plans on participating in Nordic activities such as snowshoeing or cross country skiing, then you will be directed to Summit East. Summit East is home to our Nordic Center and has access to miles and miles of accessible trails. 
    • Alpental is a great option if you are a group looking to go steep and deep. There is quite a bit of        intermediate and advanced terrain with a few options for the beginners. The Bavarian feeling lodge is a cozy spot to gather your group for après ski beverages and snacks. 
    • Summit West is the most beginner friendly base area on our hillside. Regardless of where you choose to take your group, we offer a complimentary shuttle service that can take members of your group between base areas.

    • Private lessons - please call the Private Lesson reservation line at (425)434-6748 to schedule if you may have interest in a private lesson
  • The beginner lesson package is a lesson package that we offer those that have never been on skis or a     snowboard before. The beginner lesson package is designed for those that are ages 13 and up. The beginner lesson package includes a group lesson that is 1 hour and 45 minutes long, rentals, and a beginner lift ticket. The beginner lift ticket is only valid on our beginner chairs, which are marked with a green circle. 

  • Yes. We have limited spaces available for lessons and reservations fill up quickly for all sessions. We ask that you have lesson requests to us a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your visit so we can check for availability with the SnowSports team. We need to know how many people in your group would like to learn how to ski and how many would like to learn how to snowboard. This is especially critical when requesting weekend   lessons or large quantities of lessons. Please note that we cannot guarantee lessons upon initial inquiry or order, but we will do our best to accommodate your group. We will confirm lessons availability prior to your arrival.  

    • Kids Club lessons at Summit West 
    • Kids Corral lessons at Summit Central  Kids Lessons are  not offered through Group Sales.
    • Please visit our website at www.summitatsnoqualmie.com/lessons. All children's lessons must be booked online, in advance.
    • For questions regarding kids programs, call the SnowSports office at (425)434-6700.
  • The Summit at Snoqualmie does not offer lodging. However, there are a few other options available on The Pass. We recommend that you check Airbnb or VRBO for lodging options. 

  • No, we do not coordinate charter buses for your group visit, but we are more than happy to provide you with a list of charter companies that have traveled to The Summit. Please let Group Sales know if you book a bus.

  • No, we do not rent goggles, jackets, snow pants, or gloves. We do have retail shops at all base areas where you can purchase any forgotten essentials. Summit East has limited offerings in the retail shop. 

  • Yes, Demo Skis are available at Silver Fir and at Alpental. Demo snowboards are available at Alpental only.  

  • Yes, The Summit at Snoqualmie rents snowshoes at Summit East. Summit East operates Friday through Sunday for Nordic activities during peak season. Snowshoe rentals are limited, and sell out often.  

    • Food and Beverage Vouchers-Food and beverage vouchers are  to be used at the Tiroler Stube (Alpental), Stan's Café (Summit West), the Timberhouse Café (Summit Central) and the Milwaukee Lodge Café (Summit East). F&B vouchers are for specific menu items, and include a water or fountain beverage. 
    •  Food and Beverage Cards-Food and beverage cards are like a gift card that can be used at any and all of our food and beverage outlets. F&B cards must be loaded with a minimum of $20. F&B cards are nonrefundable, but the value on the cards never expire. 
    •  Catering-Catering is available only by request for groups of 25 or larger. If you are interested in catering, please let us know and we will send you room rental pricing, catering menus, and catering pricing. Catering must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your visit. Limited availability for catering.
  • Yes, if you would like to schedule a tubing buyout, please contact groupsales@summiti90.com to submit a buyout request.
