For any fitness level, a solid foundation can be used to progress to the more advanced trails and techniques. Learn all of the basic techniques needed to safely and comfortably ski the local trails. You'll learn foundation-building techniques of classic striding, stopping, and slowing. Or for skating you'll learn diagonal, V1, and V2. Lessons take place on the flats and some gentle hills. The course will conclude with a tour of one of the area''s most popular scenic trails.

What's included

This program includes coaching sessions for the time shown above on the day(s) chosen. It also includes trail access in the form of a trail ticket and rental ski equipment (skis, boots, poles, etc) for the day of each session.

Note:  Please indicate your time preference; however, we will be adjusting class rosters so that the classes populate from the morning to the afternoon… based on instructor availability.
