2019-20 Season Opener Video & Ops Update

The winter season at The Summit is now officially underway! Thanks for joining us for opening day at Summit West, we hope everyone had a lot of fun and enjoyed getting back out on the mountain to do what we all love. Opening days are rarely what you might call epic on the conditions front, but they always provide a good time and this opener was no exception. Laps on the main runs were enjoyable despite the early season conditions, and for those that ventured off-piste there was soft boot-top snow to be found in clearings. Snow flurries and a few sun breaks just made it all that much better. It's good to be back!

THIS WEEK AT THE SUMMIT

Operations Outlook

We plan to reopen Summit West for daily operations on Wednesday. The forecast is showing more snow rolling in midway through the week so hopefully that will enable us to upgrade Summit Central's status later this week, fingers cross for a lot more snow! Stay tuned and keep an eye on our hours page, conditions page, email and social channels.
