Snow Tubing Policy
Important! Before booking tickets or using our tubing hill read our policy for important information about purchases, refunds, road closures, hill access and more.
Arrival & Availability
We encourage guests to arrive 45 minutes to one hour prior to their tubing session. Early arrival gives ample time to check in and prepare for fun!
Space in each session is limited and availability can also be affected by the weather. Tubing sessions often sell out days or even weeks in advance. We do not guarantee availability at the window or online due to such high demand. Buying your tickets in advance online is the best way to ensure that you get your desired session.
Access & Liability Release
In order to complete your tubing ticket purchase online you must electronically accept the liability release. If you are purchasing your tickets at the Tubing Center you must sign the liability release in person before you can access the tubing hill. Children under the age of 18 will need a signature from a consenting adult.
Refunds & Reservation Changes
Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours prior to your original session start time by submitting a request here. (This information is also included in your confirmation.)
All sales are final within 48 hours of your original purchased session. Tubing tickets are non-transferable and not eligible for resale.
Tubing session purchases may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your original session start time.
Road & Weather Related Closures
The Summit Tubing area is a winter snow tubing operation and rarely closes due to weather. If we do not have snow or if conditions on our hill are dangerous, we do not operate. Please check our website and the WSDOT road report before leaving home to confirm that both the Tubing Park and the road are open.
If you are unable to make it to your pre-purchased tubing session due to the closure of Interstate-90 over Snoqualmie Pass or cancelation of a session by The Summit Tubing Park please contact us to process a refund.
Sold Out Sessions
If you find that tickets for a particular day and session are "not available" or "sold out" it means that session is full and we're no longer selling tickets for that time and date. You may need to choose a different session, date, or both.
No Pets Allowed
Sorry. We love animals too, but they do messy things to the snow and they pose a risk to our other guests. Please leave all animals at home when visiting The Summit Tubing Park.
Personal Sleds & Tubes
Personal sledding devices are not allowed at anywhere at The Summit, including our Tubing Park, for liability reasons. The cost of admission includes use of our professional grade recreational tubes, our machine groomed tubing hill, and our surface tows which bring you back up the hill. Do not bring sleds, saucers, tubes, or any other devices to The Summit.
Age & Riding Restrictions
Snow tubing is fun for all ages, so we do not have any age restrictions. However, we do not recommend children under the age of three years old. The decision to take a child under the age of three tubing is up to the parent(s).
Children six years old and younger must ride with an adult. Riding double is otherwise prohibited.
Use of Summit Tubes
Summit tubes cannot be used elsewhere. All tubes must remain on premises at all times.
