We have a very specific code of conduct and set of rules. Our most basic rules include:

  • Tickets for adults who do not live at your address must be purchased by those individuals. Do not create group members using false information, as it will delay your ticket pickup.
  • Every individual on the hill must have purchased a ticket and filled out and signed a release of liability. Visitors cannot enter the park without a ticket.
  • No personal sledding devices, only our equipment is allowed on the hill.
  • No multiple-tube trains.
  • No doubles (exceptions for children age 5 and under or kids less than 44" tall).
  • No pets on the premises.

Tubing tickets may be canceled and refunded if requested by 11:59pm the night before your arrival date. Refund requests must be submitted via our ticket cancellation form linked below.

  • If we are forced to cancel or close a tubing session due to extreme circumstances (road closure, power outage, hazardous conditions) all tubing tickets for the session(s) cancelled will automatically be refunded. Please do not submit a refund request for closures as they slow down processing time. In the event of forced closure, purchasers are emailed a notification of the change and refund.
  • All requests are subject to review. Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours, most sooner. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
