Through March 12, 2022 - Masks are required to be worn by staff in all indoor spaces, and are required for staff in any areas where masks are recommended for visitors.
We have implemented physical distancing where possible, provide personal protective equipment (PPE) including face coverings, have plexiglass barriers in place, and have been improving ventilation throughout all facilities. We encourage all staff members to get vaccinated for COVID-19.
We will continue to follow Department of Labor & Industries guidance and strive to provide the safest and healthiest work environment possible.

All Seasonal staff will be required to be vaccinated or receive a valid exemption. Any exemptions will require weekly testing.
*Not submitting test results weekly and timely may result in unpaid time off from work. It is the individual's responsibility to get tested and ensure the results are submitted to The Summit. The Summit uses a third party vendor to track testing and results.
