Sadly, we do not have enough snow to open this weekend. All single-day tickets, lessons, and rentals purchased for December 14th & 15th will automatically receive a refund within 5-7 days. Our team is actively processing refunds, so please do not call or email to request a refund related to these dates. Call, email, and message volume is extremely high right now. If you purchased a 3-pack of lessons and had one of them scheduled for this weekend, our Snowsports team will reach out to reschedule your lesson. We hope more snow will come our way this weekend and are doing everything we can to make an opening scenario possible.

Donations

We accept written donation requests for charity, fundraisers, or events only between September 1st and April 1st. Please send your donation request on company letterhead a minimum of 60 days prior to your deadline including a procurement form for consideration by the donation committee. If the request has been chosen to receive a donation we will respond as soon as possible, if no response is received within 30 days your request has not been granted.
