Easy Change is our flexible change program for online purchases. If your plans change after you’ve purchased lift tickets, rentals, lessons, or activities, we’ll transfer the full dollar value of your purchase to a credit voucher - no penalty, no hassle.

How It Works
We’ll convert the value of your online purchase into a credit voucher you can use for up to 365 days - on any activity, any day.
- Submit your Easy Change request online by 3PM the day before your scheduled activity.
- We’ll process your request and issue a credit voucher to your account within 48 hours.
- Use your voucher online at or in person at the resort.
- Your credit is valid for 365 days from the date the voucher is created.
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser’s account.
- Credits can only be used to purchase a season pass for the next winter season.
- If you use your rollover toward a lower-priced pass, no refund is issued for the difference.
- Credits expire 365 days after being issued. Refunds are not issued if credits are not used before the expiration.
