Easy Change
Don't Worry About It, We Have You Covered! If your plans change after you've purchased a date-specific ticket or rental, our Easy Change program makes it fast and simple to get a credit. You can then use the credit to purchase another date or product in our online store.
Credits issued during the winter season expire on April 15 of the season purchased. Credits issued during the summer season expire on September 29 of the season purchased.
We ask that your Easy Change be requested by 11:59 PM the day before your scheduled arrival. Credits are issued to the purchaser's account in our online store within 72 hours of your submission.
Our Easy Change program cannot be used for Lessons, Season Passes, Ticket Packs, Snow Tubing tickets, or Overnight Parking. It's only for date-specific tickets and rentals.
