The Alpental Steeps Camp is ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers looking to tackle challenging runs with confidence. Led by legendary skier Dan Egan and top Summit SnowSports coaches, you'll receive personalized coaching to master all terrain and conditions. If you want to conquer bumps, steeps, deep snow, and technical lines, this camp is for you!
- Two days of coaching, with a maximum participant to coach ratio of 6:1
- Intermediate to advanced ability level skiers
- For ages 18+
- This camp explores a variety of terrain within the developed skier, but does not venture into Back Bowls terrain.

I teach skiing from the head down, not the feet up. If you’re looking to explore more of the mountain—from bumps and trees to powder and steeps—these camps are for you. My goal is to change the way you see the mountain. I believe that if I can change the way you see it, I can change the way you ride it too.
Important Information
These clinics are designed for intermediate to expert level skiers looking to refine their technique off of the groomed runs and to expand their mountain playground.
Lift access is required and not included in the base camp price. If you do not already have a season pass or ticket pack, lift tickets for both days can be added to the camp purchase for the special price of just $124.
Reservations are required for Ikon Passholders. If you would like to utilize one of your Ikon days at Alpental, you will need to make a reservation.
Reservations are not required if you have a Summit Season Pass that is valid at Alpental during these dates and times.
This camp is non-refundable. However, you may request a cancellation and credit to your account up to 48 hours before the start of the camp. Credits are issued to the purchaser's Summit at Snoqualmie account and can be used to purchase anything in our online store. Credits expire 4/15/2025. Cancellation requests must be submitted via our contact form.
