Reservations Required at The Summit

To help manage capacity and provide the best guest experience, The Summit will continue to require reservations for Ikon Passholders through the 22/23 & 23/24 winter seasons. Ikon Passholders must make reservations via Ikonpass.com prior to visiting The Summit. Reservations are not required if arriving after 2pm. Reservation availability is limited, however, we only expect peak days (weekends & holidays) to book out. If you’re planning to visit on a peak day, we recommend reserving those days well in advance.

Pass holders do not need to be present to redeem the discount. If the recipient does not want to accept the discount, they can return it to the pass holder and it will be added back to their account.

Friends & Family discounts cannot be redeemed in the Ikon Pass app at this time.

  • Ikon passholders visiting The Summit must reserve their visit in advance at ikonpass.com.

Once you've made a reservation, simply head straight to one of our lifts. Once your pass is scanned, your visit for that day has been used. At Armstrong Express, Holiday Chair, and Silver Fir Express your season pass will be scanned by our RFID gates. However, at all other lifts you must present your pass to our ticket scanners so they can scan the barcode on your pass. Our handheld scanners do not recognize the RFID frequency on your Ikon Pass, whereas our gates do recognize it.

Visit our hours page to check our schedule for each unique mountain area before heading to the mountain.

  • Yes. To avoid a violation and possible deactivation of your pass, you must cancel your reservation by 10am PST in your account at ikonpass.com.

Reservation "no-shows", as well as visits without an active reservation, both result in a violation and will result in a 30-day deactivation of your pass.

  • Ikon will be shipping passes directly to guests for the 2022-23 season.
