Ikon passholders visiting The Summit must reserve their visit in advance at ikonpass.com.
Once you've made a reservation, simply head straight to one of our lifts. Once your pass is scanned, your visit for that day has been used. At Armstrong Express, Sessel, Holiday Chair, Little Thunder, and Silver Fir Express your season pass will be scanned by our RFID gates. However, at all other lifts you must present your pass to our ticket scanners so they can scan the barcode on your pass. Our handheld scanners do not recognize the RFID frequency on your Ikon Pass, whereas our gates do recognize it.
Notice: If you are using a Summit season pass or lift ticket instead of your Ikon Pass. Make sure you do not carry your Ikon Pass as well, it will get scanned at our automated gates and will use a day/visit on that pass. Never carry more than one pass or rfid card on you to avoid unintented use.
Visit our hours page to check our schedule for each unique mountain area before heading to the mountain.
