Lot 3 At Alpental

The famous Lot 3 at Alpental is a home away from home for many Alpental locals. The scene here is like nothing else. You'll find the friendliest families, Alpentalics, and folks from all over North America camping out in Lot 3 so they can be that much closer to reaping the rewards of Mother Nature in the morning.

  • All RV's must be backed-in around the perimeter of the lot and parked uniformly and as close together as possible. RV's are not allowed in the middle of the lot.

Summit Central Patrol Lot

The Central Patrol lot is perfect for those that want quick access to Silver Fir or Central Park when they wake up. It's located at the back of the Summit Central Patrol parking lot, just beyond the CenturyLink service building.

  • The only designated area to park is along the snow bank closest to State Route 906 past the CenturyLink building. RV's must be backed-in around the perimeter of the lot and parked uniformly and as close together as possible. RV's are not allowed to park in the middle of the lot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Overnight Parking Rules

Everyone is here to enjoy themselves, so be a friendly neighbor and follow these rules to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay here at the mountain.

  • Overnight parking is only allowed in the designated overnight parking areas. We have no overflow areas for overnight parking.

  • If you have an additional vehicle it must be registered with Summit Security. The pull-vehicle for a camper trailer does not count as an additional vehicle.

This rule is very important as additional vehicles cause congestion and make it difficult for paying guests to enter and exit the overnight parking area.

  • Washington State Law dictates that without a proper license, alcohol is prohibited in any public place (RCW 66.04.010-23 & RCW 66.44.100).

  • Contained propane heaters, pits, and grills may be used until 11pm.

  • We love our pets too, but please be responsible.

    • Owners may not allow their pet to negatively impact other guests.
    • Pets may not be on any area of the ski hill or in any buildings.
    • Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
    • Dogs over 6-months-old must have current proof of rabies vaccination on their collars.
  • Loud music is not allowed at anytime. All music must be turned off during quite time, from 11pm-8am.

  • We do not offer trash service for overnighters. You must carry out your trash each day.

  • Tubes and sledding devices of any kind may not be used on any property under the control of the ski area.

If you want to tube, please visit our Snow Tubing Park. You can also sled at the Hyak Sno-Park.

Failure to follow these rules or the requests of authorized ski area personnel will result in loss of overnight privileges.
