Play the all-new Thunderbird Disc Golf Course at Summit West! This unique mountain course starts at the top of the Pacific Crest Chairlift, then it descends through tight forests, into meadows, and onto the open slopes with amazing views of the surrounding peaks. Disc golfers can choose to play the long tees (blue) or short tees (red), depending on skill level or challenge desired. The red course is fun for all ages and ability levels.

  • Accessible by hiking to the top or taking the Pacific Crest Chairlift (Scenic Chairlift Ride)
  • Open daily in the summer, but chairlift access is only available Saturday-Sunday
  • The pro shop is open Sat-Sun and has discs, snacks & more. Located inside The Summit Shop located just off the Summit West Plaza.

Chairlift Access

Get a lift! On Saturdays & Sundays you can use Pacific Crest Chairlift to get to the top of the course. Single-day lift tickets are available for $24.

Are you a Winter 26-27 season passholder? You can now enjoy unlimited scenic lift rides at Summit West this summer. All you need is your winter season pass and you can head straight to Pacific Crest any time it's open this summer!
