How To Pickup & Use Tickets
Lift tickets are now loaded on Summit cards that are RFID-enabled and reloadable. Visit one of our self-service pickup boxes to pick up your card. At the pickup box, scan the QR code in your confirmation email and redeem your card(s). You can also pick it up at an open ticket window or guest services location. You'll find pickup boxes and ticket windows at each mountain area.
Always check area hours before leaving home.
Save your Summit Card
When you're ready to buy another pass or ticket, select the option to use your existing card at checkout.

We understand life doesn't always go to plan and things change. While tickets and rentals are non-refundable and date-specific, don't worry! We've got you covered.
If you cannot make it to the mountain to use your ticket or rental, use our Easy Change program to get a credit to purchase another date or product in our online store.

No, lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lift tickets are specific to the person assigned at checkout and cannot be transferred. Tickets transferred or resold are not valid.

Resort closures & credits
The Summit may close due to weather, road closures, avalanche control, or other circumstances out of our control. If The Summit is fully closed for the date purchased, a credit for the value of your ticket will be automatically issued as a voucher to your account in our online store. Voucher credits can be applied toward the purchase of tickets during the 2023-24 winter season.
Please allow 3-5 days for vouchers to be issued following a forced closure.
When redeeming voucher credits - If the cost of the new ticket is greater than what you originally paid, you will have to pay the difference. If you do not use the full value of your voucher in a single transaction, the balance will remain on the voucher and can be used toward another purchase before the end of the season. Voucher credits can only be used toward online purchases, and expire on the last day of the 2023-24 winter season.
Refunds or credits will not be provided for partial, or base area closures.
Please Note: voucher credits are non-transferable, and can only be used toward the purchase of an online lift ticket.

Lift tickets are only valid for the date purchased and cannot be used for any other date.

Lift tickets are age specific
Age category is based on the age of individual on the date of the ticket. Skiers or Snowboarders found using a lift ticket for the incorrect age category will have ticket removed and confiscated. The purchaser will then be required to purchase a full price ticket for the correct age category.

Hours for each Summit area vary, not all Summit areas are open every day. Lift tickets are valid at any open Summit area on the date purchased.
Lift tickets cannot be used at The Summit Tubing Park.
