Season Pass FAQ

ANSWERS TO SEASON PASS QUESTIONS
  • No.

    Due to Covid-19 protocols, we are requiring all Season Passes to be purchased online for the 2020-21 season. Once purchased online and a photo uploaded to your profile our Guest Services team will print and mail your season pass to you.

  • First visit our Guest Lookup Page

    1. Under 'Existing Passholder or Purchaser', enter First and Last Name and click Look Me Up
    2. Enter your date of birth and click Verify
    3. Click EDIT at the bottom of the guest profile page.
    4. Click on Add Card or Replace Card at the bottom of your profile.
    5. Enter your card details and hit SAVE.
    6. Hit SAVE at the bottom of the guest edit page to finalize the change.

    If you do not know which member of your family is the purchaser or payment plan holder, then update everyone in the family.

    Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If, however, you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take your request into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often "rolled over" into passes for the following season. To learn more click here.

  • You will be issued a new pass for the current season.

    Our season passes are season specific and a new pass is printed and issued each season you purchase. Keep each pass and start a collection!

  • 2020-21 Season Pass Purchases

    Due to Covid-19 protocols, all 2020-21 Season Passes are required to be purchased online. Once purchased online and a photo uploaded to your profile, our Guest Services team will print and mail out your pass/passes. Sometimes delivery may take longer than expected.

  • If you have been a passholder with us previously, and have not logged into our new online store yet please use the "Create/Forgot Your Password" link to look up your account and create a password. The system will look your profile up using your email, so enter the email you last used for a purchase. Please do not create a new account unless the system cannot find your email.

    Update Your Account & Photo


    A new pass photo is required for guests purchasing in our new online store and passes require a square photo. Please do not select the existing photo, instead upload a new image and crop accordingly.


    Please Note: Our new system requires a unique email for each guest over the age of 18.


    If you purchased your pass prior to November 1, 2020, please email your new pass photo to summitstore@summiti90.com

    Please upload your photo for your season pass to your online profile. Please ensure your face is clearly visible within the headshot with no glasses or goggles. The image should include no more than your shoulders and head. 

    Parents, growing kids require updated photos. Please help us keep your children's pictures current by getting new pictures taken and uploaded as soon as possible after ordering their pass.

    Due to our capacity limits for the 2020-21 winter season, we are unable to process any season pass upgrades. In order to comply with State, County, and CDC Guidelines we have limited all season pass and lift ticket sales.  We appreciate your understanding as we adapt to regulations surrounding COVID-19.
