Season Pass FAQ

    All season passes must be purchased online. If you have not received your pass in time for your first visit, please visit one of our convenient pick-up box locations at one of our lodges, or visit a guest services location during that area's operating hours to pickup  your pass.

  • No.

    Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Summit season passes come with Worry-Free Winter Assurance thru Dec. 15 and can be deferred, restrictions apply. 

    If you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take refund requests into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often "rolled over" into passes for the following season. To learn more click here.

  • You will be issued a new pass for the current season.

    Starting after the 2022-23 season, passes will be renewable or reloadable with other lift access products and holders will not need to have a new card printed and issued each season.

  • Season passes purchased prior to 9/20/2022 will be mailed via USPS in the fall of 2022. Please watch for your pass to arrive in the mail at the passholder's address (not the purchaser address).

    • If you have not received your pass in time for your first visit, please visit one of our convenient pick up box locations after 11/15/2022 or visit any open ticket window.

    Season passes purchased after 9/20/2022 must be picked up at one of our new pick-up box locations anytime after 11/15/2022.  The most convenient of which will be located at Summit West in the lower plaza. Once we open for the season you'll find pick-up boxes at each of our base areas.

  • If you have been a passholder with us previously, and have not logged into our new online store yet please use the "Create/Forgot Your Password" link to look up your account and create a password. Please do not create a new account unless the system cannot find your email.

    Update Your Account & Photo

    A new pass photo is required for guests purchasing in our new online store and passes require a square photo.

    Please Note: Our system requires a unique email for each guest over the age of 18.

  • Not at this time.

    Please upload your photo for your season pass to your online profile. Please ensure your face is clearly visible within the headshot with no glasses or goggles. The image should include no more than your shoulders and head. 

    Parents, growing kids require updated photos. Please help us keep your children's pictures current by getting new pictures taken and uploaded as soon as possible after ordering their pass. 

  • Season passes can be upgraded only if the pass product you would like to upgrade to is still available for purchase.

    You cannot upgrade to a pass product that is sold out or not currently on sale at the time of upgrade request. If available, upgrades are processed based on pass price at the time of upgrade.
