ANSWERS TO SEASON PASS QUESTIONS
  • Yes.

    To purchase at the mountain please visit any open Guest Services location. We recommend the Summit West office as it's the fastest and easiest during the weekends and holidays. During the Spring & Summer it is best to purchase online. 

    Note: West Guest Services will reopen Nov 1, 2019.

    To purchase over the phone, give us a call at 1-(877) 881-2447

    • Visit Our Guest Lookup Page
    • Enter First and Last Name into the boxes on the left side of the screen.
    • Enter your date of birth.
    • Click EDIT at the bottom of the page with a photo on it.
    • Click on Add Card at the bottom of your profile.
    • Fill in your card info and hit SAVE and close your browser. If you have multiple people on one payment plan its best to update all accounts.
  • No.

    Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If, however, you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take your request into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often "rolled over" into passes for the following season. To learn more click here.

  • You will be issued a new pass for the current season.

    Our season passes are season specific and a new pass is printed and issued each season you purchase. Keep each pass and start a collection!

  • Off-Season

    Passes purchased during the off-season (when we're closed) will be mailed sporadically through the summer/fall months and often take a few weeks to be mailed. Sometimes delivery may take longer than expected.

    Late Fall

    Starting November 4, 2019 season passes can also be picked up at Summit West Guest Services. The office will be open 9am-4pm daily.

    In-Season

    Season passes are not mailed from opening day to closing day (during the winter season). During the season passes can be picked up at any open guest services location except for Silver Fir Lodge. Guest services locations correspond to each base area's hours. If you would like your pass mailed please let us know via email at summitstore@summiti90.com. Passes not picked up will be mailed after we have closed for the season if the photo is up to date.

  • Photos and guest info may be uploaded when you set up an account or add a guest during the checkout process. Photos, guest info, and credit card info can also be updated by using Guest Lookup. Look yourself up by typing in your name and date of birth, then click on "upload photo" to update your photo, or click "edit" to update your information or update your credit card on file.

    Pass photos must be updated before your season pass can be printed and delivered.

    Photo Upload Requirements:

    • JPEG format.
    • Photo should be well lit.
    • Photo MUST be a close-up head shot.
    • Our website has a crop tool built in, so when you upload you can crop to make your photo a close-up head shot.
    • No hats, sunglasses, or other accessories that make facial recognition difficult.

    If you're using our payment plan option, please make sure your credit card on file is valid and will not expire before the last scheduled payment. Thank you!

    Updating your profile or credit card info online:

    • Click here to use Guest Lookup
    • Type in your first and last name, then click "look me up"
    • Enter your date of birth, then click "verify"
    • Once your profile has loaded, click "edit" to change your credit card or update your information
    • To update your photo, click "upload photo" on the guest information page.

    Photos can also be submitted to summitstore@summiti90.com or can be taken at any open guest services location (except Silver Fir).

  • Yes.

    You can have season pass photos taken at any open guest services location. 

    Parents, growing kids require updated photos. Please help us keep your children's pictures current by getting new pictures taken or uploaded as soon as possible after ordering their pass.

  • Yes.

    Ask for an upgrade at one of our Guest Services locations. Please be sure to bring your existing pass with you. Upgrades are ONLY available for passes within the same product season. I.e a 2019-20 LTD pass can be upgraded to a 2019-20 Unlimited Pass.
