ANSWERS TO SEASON PASS QUESTIONS

    All season passes must be purchased online. During checkout you have the option to have your pass mailed, or pick it up at one of our self-service pickup kiosks.

  • No.

    Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Summit season passes come with Worry-Free Winter Assurance thru Dec. 15 and can be deferred, restrictions apply. 

    If you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take refund requests into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often "rolled over" into passes for the following season. To learn more click here.

  • You can use your existing Summit Card, simply choose the correct "media" during checkout.

    Summit Cards are now renewable or reloadable with all other lift access products (including mountain bike) and holders will not need to have a new card printed and issued each season. If you have lost your card, purchase a new card when you order your season pass.

  • You can choose during checkout to have your Summit RFID Card mailed or to pick it up at the mountain. 

    If you are a current passholder, or have a Summit Card from a ticket purchase, simply choose your current media when checking out and your pass will be automatically loaded onto your current Summit Card.
     

  • Login to our online store and use the main menu to navigate to your account. Online Store

    If you have been a passholder with us previously, and have not logged into our new online store yet please use the "Create/Forgot Your Password" link to look up your account and create a password. Please do not create a new account unless the system cannot find your email.

    Update Your Account & Photo

    A pass photo is required to use season passes and ticket packs.

    Please Note: Our system requires a unique email for each guest over the age of 18.

  • Not at this time.

    Please upload your photo for your season pass to your online profile. Please ensure your face is clearly visible within the headshot with no glasses or goggles. The image should include no more than your shoulders and head. 

    Parents, growing kids require updated photos. Please help us keep your children's pictures current by getting new pictures taken and uploaded as soon as possible after ordering their pass. 

  • Season passes can be upgraded only if the pass product you would like to upgrade to is still available for purchase. To inquire about upgrading, follow the link below to submit a request.

    You cannot upgrade to a pass product that is sold out or not currently on sale at the time of the upgrade request. If available, upgrades are processed based on the pass price at the time of upgrade.
