To purchase at the mountain please visit any open Guest Services location. We recommend the Summit West office as it's the fastest and easiest. Summit West Guest Services is closed during the summer and will be open daily from 9am-4pm starting November 5, 2018.
Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If, however, you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take your request into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often "rolled over" into passes for the following season. To inquire please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be issued a new pass for the current season.
Our season passes are season specific and a new pass is printed and issued each season you purchase. Keep each pass and start a collection!
Passes purchased during the off-season (when we're closed) will be mailed sporadically through the summer/fall months and often take 2-3 weeks to be mailed. Sometimes delivery may take longer than 3 weeks.
Starting November 5, 2018 season passes can also be picked up at Summit West Guest Services. The office will be open 9am-4pm daily.
Season passes are not mailed from opening day to closing day (during the winter season). During the season passes can be picked up at any open guest services location except for Silver Fir Lodge. Guest services locations correspond to each base area's hours. If you would like your pass mailed please let us know via email at email@example.com. Passes not picked up will be mailed after we have closed for the season if the photo is up to date.
Photos and guest info may be uploaded when you set up an account or add a guest during the checkout process. Photos, guest info, and credit card info can also be updated by using Guest Lookup. Look yourself up by typing in your name and date of birth, then click on "upload photo" to update your photo, or click "edit" to update your information or update your credit card on file.
Pass photos must be updated before your season pass can be printed and delivered.
Photo Upload Requirements:
Photo should be well lit.
Photo MUST be a close-up head shot.
Our website has a crop tool built in, so when you upload you can crop to make your photo a close-up head shot.
No hats, sunglasses, or other accessories that make facial recognition difficult.

You can also find your season pass number on your pass. The pass number starts with the character 'P'. However, the 'P' should not be included when entering the number in our store to renew your season pass.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, upgrade, or apply the amount of your Summit Pass purchase to an Ikon Pass because we do not sell the Ikon Pass, we simply honor the pass at The Summit.
If you no longer want your Summit season pass because you are purchasing an Ikon Pass we can issue you a credit onto a Summit at Snoqualmie gift card that has no expiration and is fully transferable to another person.
